Azithromycin is a prescription medication that comes in the form of white oval tablets. Each tablet contains 250 mg of active ingredient and is film-coated. It is packaged in a box of six tablets and is manufactured by Sandoz Inc. in Princeton, NJ. The lot number is provided on the packaging.
