- Fatigue
- Worry and sleeplessness

Ask a doctor before use
- in children younger than 16 years.
Otc - Stop Use
Stop use and ask a doctor if
- sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. Sleeplessness may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness.

Dosage & Administration
Directions
Adults and children ≥ 16 years: 2 teaspoons 1-2 times daily in a little water or undiluted or as recommended.
Not recommended for children under 16 years of age except under the advice of a health care professional.
