This product is a combination of a cough suppressant (Dextromethorphan HBr), an antihistamine (Chlorpheniramine Maleate), and a nasal decongestant (Phenylephrine HCI), which temporarily relieves symptoms of the common cold, such as runny nose, sneezing, and coughing.
