This product is a hand sanitizer made by the Brilliant nonwoven products Co. Ltd. It is effective in eliminating more than 99.99% of common harmful germs and bacteria in as little as 15 seconds. It contains active ingredients such as 70% Alcohol and other inactive ingredients such as Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Benzalkonium Chloride, DDAC, Propylene Glycol, and Purified Water. It is important to keep it away from fire or flame, not store it above 105°F or freeze it. It should not be used on open skin wounds and contact with eyes, ears, or mouth should be avoided. If contact occurs with broken skin, do not inhale or ingest it. The product may discolor some fabrics and plastics and is harmful to wood finishes. The sterilization rate of this product is 99.9% and it comes in a convenient and portable packaging. The user should wipe hands with it and discard properly in a trash receptacle. This product is made in the P.R.C. If skin irritation or rash occurs, stop using it and ask a doctor.*
