Geritrex Dyne Scrub is a skin cleaner and sanitizer that helps to kill germs on the skin with its active ingredient, Povidone-iodine (7.5%). It can be used as a disinfectant hand wash and skin cleanser to significantly reduce bacteria on the skin. However, it should not be used by individuals who are sensitive to iodine or other ingredients, in the eyes, over large areas of the body, or longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. It is important to ask a doctor before use if you have deep puncture wounds, serious burns, or animal bites. If there is continued redness, irritation, swelling, or pain, or if infection occurs, stop using the product and ask a doctor. Geritrex Dyne Scrub should be kept out of reach of children, and if swallowed, medical help should be sought or a Poison Control Center contacted right away. To use, wet skin and apply enough of the product to cover all surfaces, wash vigorously for at least 15 seconds, and then rinse and dry thoroughly. It contains inactive ingredients such as Citric Acid, Glycerin, Nonoxynol 10, Purified water, and Sodium Hydroxide.*
