This product is Pectin - Oral Demulcent that soothes and provides temporary relief from minor irritation and pain associated with sore throat and sore mouth. It contains active ingredients: Pectin, 7.6 mg. The caramel flavor with liquid center makes it attractive for every-day use. The product should not be used in children under the age of 6 years unless directed by a doctor. For adults and children 6 years and older, dissolve two drops slowly in the mouth after every two hours or as needed. If the sore throat persists for more than two days with fever or headache, sore mouth symptoms do not improve in seven days, or accompanied by rash, nausea, or vomiting, stop use and ask a doctor. The product contains various ingredients including sunflower lecithin, mallow, peppermint, sage, vanilla, etc. that protect it from heat and moisture.
