This is a medication for children containing Acetaminophen, a pain reliever/fever reducer used to relieve minor aches and pains temporarily, as well as reduce fever. However, it is important to understand that severe liver damage may occur if more than five doses are taken within 24 hours or if taken with other drugs containing Acetaminophen. If the child's sore throat is severe or persistent and accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, a doctor should be consulted promptly. It should not be taken with any other drug containing Acetaminophen or without a doctor's advice if the child has liver disease or is taking the blood-thinning drug warfarin. If the child experiences worsening pain or fever lasting more than 5 days, new symptoms, or redness or swelling, they should stop using the medication and seek medical attention. The medication should be kept out of the reach of children and stored at 20°-25°C (68°-77°F). The dosing device should be used strictly as directed.
