Dermagesic Cream (Dermagesic)
This is the Drug Facts label for a skin protectant and anesthetic cream. It contains three active ingredients: pramoxine HC for numbing and pain relief, zinc oxide and calamine for skin protection. It is used for temporary relief of itching, pain, and minor skin irritations such as sunburn, insect bites, and poison ivy. It is not to be used on large areas of the body or with other products containing diphenhydramine. It should not be used on children under two years old without a doctor's recommendation.
