This is an antiseptic hand rub made in China by Shenzhen Lantern Science Co, Ltd. The active ingredient is Ethyl Alcohol 75% and it is intended for healthcare personnel to help reduce bacteria that can potentially cause diseases. It is not to be used on open skin wounds or on children less than 2 months of age. The directions include placing enough of the product on hands to cover all surfaces, rubbing hands together until dry, and supervising children under 6 years of age when using the product to avoid swallowing. It is flammable and should be kept away from heat or flame. This hand rub should be stored between a temperature range of 15-30C (59-86F) and should not be frozen or exposed to excessive heat above 40C (104F).
