NDC 4928175221 is a test dose of Tuberculin Purified Protein Derivative (Mantoux) named TUBERSOL®. It contains 5 US units of PPD-S and is stabilized by Tween. It is manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur Limited and distributed by Sanofi Pasteur Inc. TUBERSOL® should be stored at between 2° and 8°C and protected from light. Opened product should be discarded after 30 days. Phenol 0.28% has been added as preservative. The package includes 10 tests and the enclosed leaflet contains directions for use. *
