This is a description of Azithromycin tablets USP 250 mg, presented in a unit dose of 10 tablets. Each film-coated tablet contains azithromycin dihydrate equivalent to 250 mg of azithromycin USP. The usual dosage instructions are available in the product insert. The tablets can be taken with or without food. Storage guidelines include keeping the tablets at 25°C (77°F), with excursions permitted between 15-30°C (59-86°F). The package is RX only and is not child-resistant, intended for institutional use.
