This is a package of highly potent anticoagulant Warfarin Sodium 2.5 mg tablets, USP crystal with 10 tablets in the package. It contains a warning that this unit dose package is not child-resistant intended for institutional use only. If dispensed for outpatient use, a child-resistant container should be used. The drug must be kept out of reach of children. It also states that serious bleeding results from overdosage and should not be dispensed before reading directions and warnings in product information. The pharmacist is required to dispense with medication guide to each patient. The package should not be used if the blister is torn or broken. It provides information about the drug product, including the manufacturer and the distributor.
