NDC 55154-4920-0 W3 5 is a pack of Lithium Carbonate Capsules USP containing 10 capsules, each of 300 mg strength. It is meant for adult use only, and the usual dose is 300 mg or 600 mg three times a day. The product needs to be stored in a dry place at 20° to 25° C. The pack is not child resistant and hence should be kept away from children. It is advised to utilize a child-resistant container for outpatient use. The medication guide needs to be provided to each patient by the pharmacist. The product is distributed by West-Ward Pharmaceuticals Corp. and AHIKMA COMPANY and distributed by Cardinal Health in Dublin, OH 43017.*
