Tizanidine Tablets, USP 4 mg is a medication for which each tablet contains 4.576 mg tizanidine hydrochloride equivalent to 4 mg tizanidine base. The usual dosage and complete prescribing information, precautions, and warnings can be obtained from the product insert found on the website majorpharmaceuticals.com. The tablets should be stored at 20° to 25° C (88° to 77° F), with excursions permitted from 15° to 30° C (59° to 86° F). This product is not interchangeable with tizanidine capsules or Zanaflex capsules. It is available in a unit dose package that is not child-resistant and is intended for institutional use only. The drug should be kept out of the reach of children and dispensed in a tight, light-resistant container. Zanaflex is a registered trademark of Accorda Therapeutics Inc.
