This is a description of an instant hand sanitizer that helps reduce bacteria on the skin that could cause disease. The active ingredient is Ethyl Alcohol (75-85% w/w) antiseptic. It is recommended for repeated use and is flammable. The sanitizer should be applied in enough quantity to fully cover hands and rubbed until dry. It should not be used near the eyes and washed thoroughly with water in case of accidental contact. If a skin irritation or rash appears and lasts, usage should be discontinued, and a doctor should be consulted. Its inactive ingredients include water, Carbomer, Glycereth-26, Tethanolamine, and Fragrance (Parfum). It is advisable to keep it away from children, to be stored below 110°F (43°C), and to avoid contact with certain fabrics and surfaces.*
