Indications & Usage Section
Formulated for associated symptoms such as cramping, dry skin, fatigue, muscle soreness and for the exposure to pool chemicals.
Dosage & Administration Section
Directions: Ages 12 and up, take 6 drops by mouth (ages 0 to 11, give 3 drops) as needed or as directed by a health professional. Sensitive persons begin with 1 drop and gradually increase to full dose.

Equal parts of Antimonium tartaricum 10x, Arnica montana 10x, Bellis perennis 10x, Bryonia 10x, Calcarea carbonica 10x, Capsicum annuum 10x, Chelidonium majus 10x, Cuprum metallicum 10x, Digitalis purpurea 10x, Drosera 10x, Lachesis mutus 10x, Lacticum acidum 10x, Ledum palustre 10x, Magnesia carbonica 10x, Manganum aceticum 10x, Nux vomica 10x,Phytolacca decandra 10x, Rhus toxicodendron 10x, Ruta graveolens 10x, Sarcolacticum acidum 10x, Sulphuricum acidum 10x, Verbascum thapsus 10x, Vipera berus 10x.
