Children's oral suspension is a non-staining, non-alcoholic medicine used to relieve minor aches and fever in children caused by common cold, flu, sore throat, headache, and toothache. It also reduces fever. The medicine contains Ibuprofen and should not be used if a child has stomach bleeding, heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, or had a stroke. The product comes with a dosing cup and a dosage chart for children that must be followed accurately. Parents are advised to consult a doctor before administering the medicine if the child is under a doctor's care, taking another drug, or has serious side effects. If the child experiences symptoms of stomach bleeding, heart problems, or shows no improvement within a day, the medicine should be discontinued, and the doctor should be consulted. Keep the medicine out of children's reach, and in case of overdose, seek medical help immediately. Inactive ingredients include anhydrous citric acid, artificial mixed berry flavor, glycerin, high-fructose com syrup, hypromellose, polysorbate 80, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol solution, and xanthan gum.*
