This is a drug that contains 125mg of Simethicone in each softgel, and it is used to relieve pressure, bloating, and fullness commonly referred to as gas. It is advised that pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a health professional before use, and the drug should be kept out of the reach of children. The drug should be taken by swallowing with water of about 1-2 soft gels as needed after meals and at bedtime; but not to exceed a maximum of 4 soft gels in 24 hours, except under the advice and supervision of a physician. The drug should be stored between 20-25°C (68-77°F) and protected from light, heat, and moisture. The inactive ingredients include D&C yellow #10, edible ink, FD&C blue #1, FD&C red #40, gelatin, glycerin, mannitol, peppermint, purified water, sorbitan, sorbitol, and titanium dioxide. This product is not manufactured or distributed by GSK Consumer Healthcare, distributor of Gas-X® Extra Strength. The drug is distributed by Old East Main Co. 100 Mission Ridge Goodlettsville, TN 37072. The package contains 72 Softgels of actual softgel size of 125mg. In case the blister unit is torn, broken or shows any signs of tampering, the drug should not be used.*
