It is an instant hand disinfection solution with an effective disinfection rate of 99.9%. The product is intended for hand surface cleaning and disinfection purposes only and contains alcohol, deionized water, glycerol, carbopol940tethanolamne, and is effective against bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia Coli, and Candida Albicans. Instructions state to take an appropriate amount of the gel and apply to the back of hands, fingers, back of fingers, thumb, fingertips and wrists until dry.
