This is a medication called Diphenhydramine HCI, which is an antihistamine used to temporarily relieve symptoms caused due to upper respiratory allergies or the common cold, such as sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. The medicine is available in liquid form and is alcohol-free. The recommended dose is one teaspoonful every 4-6 hours for adults and children above 12 years, and the quantity must not exceed 6 doses within 24 hours.
