This is a homeopathic formula, manufactured by Deseret Biologicals, Inc, for the temporary relief of pain and inflammation associated with injuries, muscle spasms and pulls, bruises, and trauma. It contains the active ingredients Calendula Officinalis 6C, Bellis Perennis 12C, Ledum Palustre 12C, Amica Montana 30C, and Phosphorus 30C in 33.8 FL OZ (1000 ml) of Demineralized Water and 25% Ethanol. The recommended dosage is 10 drops under the tongue, three times a day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Children under 12 years of age should consult a physician before use, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek advice from a health professional before use.
