ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:  Cyanocobalamin (B-12) 6X, L-Carnitine 6X, 12X, 30X, Ornithine 6X, 12X, 30X, Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) 8X, 12X, 30X, 60X.

Otc - Purpose

INDICATIONS:  May assist with appetite control.








Warnings

WARNINGS:  If pregnant or breast-feeding, do not use.

Keep out of reach of children.  In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.


Dosage & Administration

DIRECTIONS:  Shake well.  Adults spray 3 times under the tongue 3 times daily, 20 minutes away from food and drink.

Inactive Ingredient

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:  Demineralized water, 25% Ethanol.
