Directions:

10 drops 3 times per day under the tongue 30 minutes before meal or as directed by a Health Care Practitioner.
People who are highly sensitive should apply drops directly on the skin in areas that would be well absorbed. (ie. on the inside of the wrist, inside of the elbow or the naval area) or as directed by a Health Care Practitioner. Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age.
