Soma Hyulgihwan Gold is a tablet supplement that contains W ginseng powder 567% as its active ingredient. It is used to strengthen blood circulation and immunity, and provide energy to the human body. The supplement is recommended to be taken twice a day, after breakfast and dinner. The dosage for adults is 57 tablets, 35 tablets for seniors and 13 tablets for children. However, caution is advised for individuals with a cardiac disorder or cerebrovascular disease or those on long-term medication. The dosage should be increased or reduced gradually, and not exceed 8 tablets, depending on the individual's constitution. Side effects such as asthenia, palpitations, numbness, and itchy red rashes might occur 2 hours before and after taking the medicine. It is advisable to keep the product in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, high temperature, and humidity, and away from the reach of children.
