Uro-MP Capsules is an oral medication used as a urinary antiseptic. It comes in a container with a tamper-evident seal under the cap that contains 100 capsules. It is recommended to take one capsule orally four times a day with a generous amount of fluid. The dosage for pediatric patients should be individualized by the physician, and it is not recommended to use for children below six years of age. The ingredients include Methenamine, Sodium Phosphate Monobasic, Phenyl Salicylate, Methylene Blue, and Hyoscyamine Sulfate. Notably, the medication may cause urine to have a blue or blue-green color. It should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place between 15-30°C.
