This is a drug facts sheet for a sunscreen product. The sunscreen contains two active ingredients, 8% titanium dioxide and 38% zinc oxide. It helps prevent sunburn and decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun. The sunscreen should be applied liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours. The product has inactive ingredients such as alumina, cyclohexasiloxane, dimethicone, and PEG-10 dimethicone, among others. The sunscreen also has a Balanced Mineral Complex that prevents heat build-up in the skin, which can damage the dermis. It helps prevent premature skin aging, uneven skin tone, wrinkles, sagging, age spots, among other serious problems. The sunscreen is for external use only and should not be used on damaged or broken skin. If the product gets into the eyes, they should be rinsed with water, and it should be kept out of the reach of children. The manufacturer states that the product should be protected from excessive heat and direct sun, and it may stain some fabrics.
