The use of the product is limited to external application only, and it should be kept out of reach of children. The product must not be used on damaged skin or wounds, too much mucus coughs, inside nostrils, or by mouth. If symptoms persist for more than seven days or occur with fever, rash, or constant headache, medical attention is recommended. Microwave heating, adding to hot water or any container of heating water, or covering tightly with bandages is not allowed. This product can be used on adults and children over two years old.*
