SIRATUS is a white petrolatum USP ointment that is used for temporary protection of minor cuts, scrapes, burns, sunburns, chafed or chapped skin, and also helps treat and prevent diaper rash. Cleanse the affected area with mild soap and water before applying the ointment. It smooths skin irritations due to minor burns, scrapes, and abrasions. In case of deep or puncture wounds, severe burns or infection, discontinue use and consult a physician. The ointment is for external use only and should not be used in the eyes. It comes in a pack of 144 packets, each containing 5g of the ointment, and distributed by Stratus Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Miami, FL 33186.*
