These are povidone-iodine swabsticks manufactured by Changzhou Maokang Medical Products Co;Ltd in China. Each pack contains 3 swabsticks and the reorder number is KL19418. They are sterile and not made with natural rubber latex. The active ingredient is povidone-iodine USP 10% and it is used as an antiseptic for skin preparation. There are warnings to not use if allergic to iodine and to avoid contact with eyes. If redness, irritation, swelling, or pain persists or increases, or if an infection occurs, stop use and consult a doctor. The swabsticks should be kept out of reach of children and in case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or consult a poison control center immediately. The swabsticks should not be used on deep or puncture wounds or serious burns, and are for external use only. The directions state to apply locally as needed.
