Description: Folixate™ is a prescription folate product that is orally administered. It is designed for patients with unique nutritional needs requiring increased folate intake. The usual dosage is one tablet daily or as directed by a licensed healthcare practitioner. Each tablet contains 1700 meg DFE (1000 meg of L-5-methylfolate) and 125 meg of Vitamin Ds (as Cholecalciferol). The medication should be stored at 20°-25°C (68°-77°F) and protected from heat, light, and moisture. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children.
