This is a Drug Fact sheet for Micotrin AC, a Clotrimazole 1% Antifungal Cream. The product is used for treating athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm. The cream relieves itching, burning, cracking, scaling, and discomfort which accompany these conditions. The product is for external use only, and one must avoid contact with the eyes. The product is not to be used on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a doctor. If there is no improvement noticed after four weeks of the treatment of athlete's foot and ringworm, it is advised to discontinue use and consult a doctor. Similarly, if skin irritation persists for jock itch or if no improvement is noticed within two weeks of use, it is advised to discontinue the use and consult a doctor. Directions for use are provided for athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm. Inactive ingredients are listed along with storage instructions.
