Dotremin is a prescription folate product given to patients with unique nutritional needs due to Vitamin D deficiency, and requires increased folate levels. It comes in the form of tablets and is manufactured in the USA by PureTek Corporation. Each tablet contains 1700 mcg DFE+ Folate and 250 mcg Vitamin D3.
