This is a description of a sterile ophthalmic solution of Homatropine Hydrobromide intended for medical use. It contains 50mg of Homatropine Hydrobromide in a buffered aqueous solution that includes boric acid, potassium chloride, edetate disodium, and water for injection. The solution is preserved with benzalkonium chloride, and it is manufactured by ALTAIRE Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Aquebogue, NY, 11931. This drug is only available for Rx only, and the usual dose is described in the package insert. The drug should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and out of the reach of children. If the seal on the cap is torn or missing, do not use the drug.*
