Hand San is a sanitizing lotion for hands that can be used effectively in food processing plants, healthcare facilities, and restaurants by personnel to reduce microorganisms on naked and gloved hands. It is recommended to be used in conjunction with standard hand-washing procedures to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. The lotion should be applied after washing hands, sprayed over the entire surface of hands including fingertips and cuticles, rubbed vigorously until dry, and no rinse or toweling is required. Hand San must be dispensed from an adequate dispenser located a sufficient distance from the processing line to prevent accidental product contamination.
