The constituted product should be used within 21 days and stored at room temperature, protected from light and moisture. The dosage and use of the medication can be found in the prescribing information. The suspension should be made by adding 123 mL of distilled water in two portions and by shaking vigorously to obtain a uniform suspension. Each 5 mL of suspension has 100mg of Linezolid. Not for injection. Store at 25°C (77°F) with excursions permitted to 15-30°C (9-86°F). The manufacturing of the product is done in Singapore, and it is distributed by Greenstone LLC based in Peapack, NJ 07977. The imprint area reads NOVARNISH, NOCORY, NOIRK.*
