CVS Pharmacy Extra Strength Itch Relief Gel is a topical analgesic that relieves itching and pain associated with insect bites, minor skin irritations, scrapes, sunburns, and rashes due to poison ivy, oak, and sumac. The active ingredient, diphenhydramine HCI 2%, is the same as in Benadryl gel. It is important to note that this product should not be used on large areas of the body or in combination with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one taken by mouth. It is only for external use and should be kept away from the eyes. If the condition worsens or symptoms persist, medical assistance should be sought. It is distributed by CVS Pharmacy, Inc. and contains 4 fluid ounces.*
