CVS/pharmacy® Acne Fighting Moisturizer is a salicylic acid acne medication that moisturizes oily skin while helping to prevent and treat acne. You should cleanse your skin thoroughly before applying this product, covering the entire affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily. Excessive drying of the skin may occur, so you should start with one application daily and gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed, or as directed by a doctor. If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. This product should be kept out of the reach of children and kept away from eyes. Inactive ingredients include water, glycerin, and dimethicone, among others.
