Pleo-Zinc Drops 3X is a homeopathic medicine from the original SANUM brand remedies. It is used for temporary relief of symptoms of acne and eczema. The ingredients include Zincum gluconicum 3X, purified water, and alcohol. The dosage for acute conditions is every half to one hour, not more than 6x daily each 5. In case of chronic forms, 1-3x daily 5 drops.
