Clobazam Tablets are available in 20 and 30 tablet packs with a prescription. Each tablet contains Clobazanm, and the usual dosage information provided in the package insert. The tablets should be stored between 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F); however, excursions are permitted between 15° to 30°C (59 to 86°F) [see USP Controlled Foom Temperature]. This package includes a Medication Guide that must be dispensed with the product to each patient by the pharmacist. It is important to keep the tablets out of reach of children and not use them if the blister is torn or broken. The drug product in this package is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLG, and it is packaged and distributed by American Health Packaging in Columbus, Ohio.*
