These are alcohol prep pads from MDmaxx.com. They come in a pack of 100 medium 2-ply pads that are gamma-sterilized. The active ingredient in the pads is 70% isopropyl alcohol, which is an antiseptic. They are used for skin preparation before an injection. The sterile solution in the pads should not be used around eyes, with electrocautery procedures, and they are flammable, so should be kept away from fire and sources of heat. If used for more than 72 hours, it may cause irritation or redness, which may need physician consultation. The pads should be stored at 4-35°C and not exposed to direct sunlight. The package has a lot number, part number, and the expiration date mentioned on it.*
