This is a homeopathic nasal spray by Marco Pharma, made in Germany. It contains active ingredients such as Ephedra vulgaris, Hydrastis canadensis, Lycopodium clavatum, Mezereum, Petroleum, Pulsatilla nuttalliana, and Thuja occidentalis. It is indicated for temporary relief of sinus congestion due to colds and flu, hay fever, rhinitis, and nasal dryness. The recommended dosage is 1-2 sprays in each nostril as needed, and it is not intended for infants and small children. It comes in a 20mL bottle and should be wiped clean after use.
