This is information on Brimonidine Tartrate, an ophthalmic solution used for topical use in the eyes. It is marketed by Sandoz Inc. The solution contains 0.15% brimonidine tartrate (1.5 mg/mL) along with povidone, boric acid, sodium borate, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, mannitol, Sodium chloride, POLYQUAD 0.001% and purified water. The usual dosage is 1 drop three times daily approximately eight hours apart. It is advised to store the solution at 15°-25°C (59-77°F) and keep it out of reach of children.*
