This is a description of Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution, USP 0.3%. One bottle contains 5mL and has a National Drug Code (ND) of 61314-643-05. The solution is manufactured by Alcon Laboratories, Inc. in Hungary and includes Tobramycin, chloride, boric acid, sodium sulfate, tyloxapol, sodium chloride, purified water, and sodium bisulfite. The solution is used to treat bacterial eye infections, and the recommended dose is one or two drops every four hours. Properly store the product between 2-25°C, and do not allow the dropper to touch any surface as it may contaminate the solution. It has a "Rx Only" label and should be kept out of the reach of children.*
