This is a description for Apraclonidine ophthalmic solution 0.5% as base with Rx Only. The product is sterile and should only be used for topical ophthalmic use. It is manufactured by Alcon Laboratories, Inc., and licensed by Sandoz Inc., from Texas. The package comes with a warning not to touch the dropper tip to any surface to avoid contamination. The usual dosage should be taken as per the enclosed instructions. The drug contains active ingredients like apraclonidine hydrochloride 5.75 mg, benzalkonium chloride 0.019%, and inactives like sodium cetats, sodium chloride, hydrochloric acid, and/or Sodium hydroxide to adjust pH and purified water. The storage should be at a temperature ranging from 2°10-27°C (36" to 80°F) and should be kept away from children.*
