This is a product to relieve pain associated with canker sores and minor dental procedures. It is a Made in the USA anesthetic gel. The directions state that adults and children 12 years of age and older should apply it to the affected area, up to 4 times a day, as directed by a dentist or doctor. Children under 12 should be supervised in its use. Those under 2 years of age should consult a dentist or doctor. Users should not use the product for more than 7 days unless directed to do so by a dentist or doctor. If symptoms do not improve or worsen, or if irritation, pain, or redness persists or swelling, rash or fever develops, users should see their doctor promptly. Users who are allergic to local anesthetics or any of the other ingredients listed on the packaging should not use the product. The product should be stored at room temperature and away from children. If more than the recommended dosage is swallowed, users should seek medical assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.*
