This is a Drug Facts label for a skin protectant product called "QGentell" made by Gentell. It contains petrolatum as an active ingredient and is used to temporarily protect minor cuts, scrapes, burns, chapped, chafed or cracked skin and lips, and help protect from the drying effects of wind and cold weather. Users are warned not to use it on deep puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns. It should be kept out of reach of children, and contact a Poison Control Center immediately if swallowed. It can be applied as needed, does not get into eyes, and if the condition worsens or if symptoms last more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, stop use and ask a doctor. The product is made in the USA and contains medium chain triglyceride oil, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin Ds and vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) as inactive ingredients.
