This is a description of Lidocaine HCl 2% and epinephrine 1:100,000 injection in a 50 ml glass vial with NDC# 61699-3182-3 and LOT# XXXXXX. It is intended as a medication to be used as directed in the insert, which should be reviewed thoroughly before prescribing. The medication is to be stored at 20 to 25°C and protected from light. Each mL contains lidocaine HCl, anhyd. 20 mg; epinephrine 10 mcg; NaGl 6 mg; sodium metabisulfite 0.5 mg and citric acid, anhyd. 0.2 mg added as stabilizers; methylparaben 1 mg added as preservative.
