Oxygen, refrigerated liquid in a container of liters is a highly volatile and pressurized oxidizing liquid that should be kept upright and can cause frostbite. Emergency use of oxygen should be administered by properly trained personnel, and high concentrations of oxygen should only be used with pressure reducing equipment and apparatus designed for oxygen.*
