This is a 4 oz. tube of DermaRite Skin Protectant, a no-rinse cream with dimethicone that is ideal for frequent use and incontinence care. It is effective in cleansing, protecting, moisturizing, and nourishing the skin. The active ingredient, dimethicone, temporarily protects and provides relief for chafed or cracked skin. This product is not to be used on deep puncture wounds or animal bites. It contains water, cetearyl isononanoate, and several parabens, among other inactive ingredients. To use, apply a quarter-sized amount to a warm, damp cloth and wash the skin or remove excess fecal matter before cleansing the skin.
