This is a set of directions for sunscreen application. It advises to apply the sunscreen 15 minutes before going out in the sun. Reapply every 80 minutes if swimming or sweating and immediately after towel drying. Children under 6 months should consult a doctor. It warns that too much time in the sun can increase the risk of skin cancer and aging and suggests wearing protective clothing along with using a broad-spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen.*
